We understand how difficult it can be to manage these conditions, so we strive to meet our community members' social and care needs through various services such as direct assistance and overall support. Our Programs
The Lean Burton Foundation provides a shoulder of support, education and resources for families affected by dementia or Alzheimer's. We strive to alleviate the hardships that come with caring for loved ones experiencing these memory-impairing diseases through personalized care plans and innovative programs designed around their needs through these outreach programs.
