Our Organization's Mission
Our mission is to provide compassionate support, education, and resources to families affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s . We are committed to improving the quality of life for people with dementia or Alzheimer’s and their caregivers through personalized care, innovative programs, and community engagement. Our goal is to empower families to live well with dementia, while promoting awareness and understanding of the disease in our community.

First Cause:
Caregivers / Therapists
For those in need of caregivers or specific healthcare professionals we will assist with finding those professionals and assist with certain costs. Patients will need to utilize their health insurance first and we will cover costs that exceed the coverage amounts. Patients will need to reach out directly by phone to receive this type of assistance through our organization. Your donation dollars will go towards assisting this cause.

Second Cause:
Rental Assistance
With inflation and rental cost on the rise, some may not be able to afford all rental costs. We will provide assistance for those who need additional help that exceed their current benefits (i.e. social security or retirement funds). Patients will need to reach out directly by phone to receive this type of assistance. Your donation dollars will go towards assisting this cause.

Third Cause:
Supplies and Medical Equipment
Supplies will be donated monthly to a selected list of residential home assisted living facilities and those in need. If you are an individual or know an individual in direct need of supplies not on our list of homes we services you may contact us directly by phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate those with what we have available. Your donation dollars will go towards assisting this cause.
